Call Out Fee:

I must recover my costs for fuel, travel time, tolls etc when traveling to you (and back), so I charge a minimum call out fee of $50 to travel to your location within the Wollongong area and it’s surrounding suburbs. This includes 2hrs of detecting time searching for your lost item.

For call outs outside of Wollongong and it’s surrounding suburbs the fee is $100. So for example if you called me to Sydney or Nowra, both approx 80kms (160kms return trip) from Wollongong, my call out fee would be $100.

Recovery of Lost Item Fee:

I work on a “Reward System” for the recovery of your item, this I leave up to you. What is the item worth to you to recover?. What would you offer as a reward for finding your lost wedding ring etc if you advertised it in the newspaper for example. Obviously your  lost item may have a great sentimental value (Wedding Ring etc) or financial value (Rolex Watch etc), which will influence how much you are prepared to pay for it’s return.

Recovery Fee for Insurance Companies:

My fee for recovery of  items, by insurance companies, is %20 of the insured value, plus call out fee.
